Aaron, Art Director
If you’re looking for someone who really knows their CMYKs and RGBs look no further. Coming to us from the big state of Texas, Aaron moved to Arizona just for our customers. Aaron has been designing since he was 10-years old. I told you he knew his stuff, which is why he’s been our Art Director for 5-years now.
Ilya, Pre-Production Artist
Computer graphics aren’t the only art Ilya can produce. A true artist, Ilya draws, paints and can do his own carpentry. Our Russian born, U.K. import traveled Europe before leaving the cold temps of England to be our Pre-Production Artist here in the hot temps of Arizona.

Anna, Customer Service Supervisor
No Shirt. No Shoes. No Service? Not with Anna as your Customer Support Supervisor! A Spanish major at Arizona State University, Anna is on her way to becoming an international spy…I mean translator. When she isn’t perfecting her Spanish skills or traveling, for the last 2-years Anna can usually be found helping our custom DIYers – yes, we mean you.

Three years is a long time to put up with all of us but Becky does it with style. The phrase “shop til you drop” was probably coined with her in mind. A lover of all things animal (she has 2-dogs and a cat), the self-proclaimed army brat is our go-to for all our H.R. needs.

Jacquie, Director of Marketing & Public Relations
We liked her so much we hired her twice! Jacquie is our walking brag book. A lover of all things marketing, she uses her bragging skills for Anton Sport & DesignAShirt’s marketing and public relations. Personally, we think she just uses it as an excuse to play on FaceBook and Twitter all day but if you see her online…please say, “Hi”.
Operations
Sarah, Director of Operations
Sarah has been with Anton Sport since DesignAShirt was still in its infancy. She’s helped taken both companies to new levels with each passing year because our Director of Operations is not afraid of getting her hands dirty. Sarah does what it takes to get the job done. We think her title should be “Director of Happiness” because she is always there to make our employees and our customers happy.
Meaghan, Supply Chain Manager
With her 10th year rapidly approaching, Meaghan has been married to her high school sweetheart as long as she’s been our Supply Chain Manager. This means, she is responsible for the great products (and vendors) we use to print and embroider your custom designs. Yay, Meaghan!

Matt, Production Manager
Coach of his sons’ soccer teams, Matt is no stranger to managing a group to accomplish the same goal, making him perfect for the Production Manager position. Matt has been the Production Manager here at Anton Sport for 10-years and counting so if anyone knows how to produce your design, it’s Matt.

Our production team is the proverbial wind beneath our wings. They put the T in t-shirt. With Matt at their helm, they are the men and women responsible for bringing your custom creations to life.
